Our teachers and staff are well qualified individuals who specialize in the field of early childhood education. They view being a teacher at our academy as more than just a job or a career. They understand that being a teacher is a lifestyle because they are expected to be an example for our students inside or outside of the classroom. They have pride in the responsibilities they have acquired as teacher. Most importantly, our teachers and staff genuinely love to teach our students and also learn from them throughout the school years.

Our teachers and staff have obtained creditable educational requirement and are certified. They are professional educators who bring years of experiences in education and new perspectives to our academy. They seek to continuously renew their knowledge by being updated with the new advancements in the field of education. Our teachers and staff also go through a brief training period during the first week at our academy where they are informed about the vision of our school and basic school day routines and our school’s rules and regulations. Providing a healthy, safe, and secure environment is exceedingly important to us and to our students. Prior to becoming a member of our academy, our teachers and staff are required to pass a background check for security reasons. They are also required to complete annual signed physical examinations for health and safety reason, as well as other state required documents. They are instructed not to work when they are physically ill in order to prevent the spreading of any sicknesses.
